Response time
We reply within 24 business hours. Personal data (LGPD) requests follow legal deadlines and take priority.
Account deletion
You don't need to write to us to delete your account: the full flow is in the app under Profile → Settings → Delete account. If you prefer, the DPO also handles this request by email.
