1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Hobbio, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy.
2. The service
Hobbio is a free social network that connects people through hobbies: per-hobby feed, events, friendships, messages, photo gallery and rivalries. The service is provided "as is" and may evolve, be suspended or discontinued at any time.
3. Your account
- Registration is done via social login (Google, Apple or other providers).
- You are responsible for the activity carried out with your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Hobbio.
4. User content
- You retain ownership of the content you publish and grant us a license to display it within the service.
- It is forbidden to publish content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory, that infringes third-party rights or that violates these rules.
- Content and accounts may be removed or suspended in case of violation, based on reports and platform moderation.
5. Intellectual property
The Hobbio brand, the app and its visual elements belong to Hobbio. Third-party brands and content (for example, integrations and sponsors) belong to their respective owners.
6. Limitation of liability
Hobbio is not responsible for content published by users, for events organized by third parties through the platform, or for indirect damages arising from the use of the service.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Settings → Delete account). We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
